10 is more difficult.  Actually, there is no upper limit, but levels above
maybe 15 are virtually untested.  GNU Go may take hours to generate a
single move at very high levels or crash or suddenly become weaker...  But
we are pretty sure that level 12 is stronger than 10 and 15 is most likely
stronger still.
