Kogo's joseki dictionary lists two more approaches to 5-5 point, but I omitted
them.  The moves themselves are certainly good.  I'm just not sure about the
constraints on the surroundings.  Anyway, we should probably put the patch in
and amend it if we see problems in the real games.
