[gnugo-devel] Semeai results (again)

The patch semeai_1_24.1b gets 11 PASS and 5 FAIL. I applied
the patch without Trevor's patch which went in yesterday,
so I think this version would get no unexpected results
but I'll recompile without the experimental option and
run it again to be sure.

I'll add the patch to the CVS later today. Needless to
say, the unexpected fails should be looked at but I
think I'll assume the patch is OK to go in now.
