First, ranks are controversial and not uniform. A 12k in Europe is
different from a 12k in the US, Japan, Korea or China.

Second, GNU Go is improving, so such information would be out of
date soon.

Third, this information would be difficult to collect.
GNU Go has one rank on NNGS and a different one on LGS,
and those ranks are in flux all the time.
