ConvertType has a new

called `--colormap' with the ability to specify a color map to display
single-valued datasets (for example FITS images) in formats that support color
(for example PDF or JPEG).
Currently the accepted color mappings are "gray", "hsv" and "sls", but more
can be added easily now that the infra-structure has been implemented.
However, this task isn't complete yet because there isn't yet a full converter
between RGB and HSV.
