Well, I am not talking about the default installation.  Not even about
the default repository for packages.  What I want is that we control
the "extra" repository so we make the rules there. :)

And if someone wants to use something else, he would be free to
set up GNU to use that extra repository.

Of course this is thinking about the future too much and it is more
important to get something running.
