で、ここにはないですが
  * 取るに足りない訂正の場合は、とりあえず保留し、
    将来の訂正分の量の勘定に足し込む

I don't think assign.translation.manual is appropriate unless they
have done a completely new translation.  Disclaim.changes.manual is
probably appropriate.

could be changed to 

    I, <name of person>, hereby disclaim all copyright interest in my
    changes and enhancements to the Japanese translation of the manual 
    <manual>.
