True, "Sun" providers don't include RSA, but the JDK (AFAIK) always
ships with a "SunRsaSign" provider, which does include RSA. "IBMJCE"
(which is IBM's catch-all provider for their JRE) contains it too.
Besides, if a crypto-less Classpath implementation wants to use X.509
certificates -- which will be useful in the case of signed classes -- it
will need RSA readily available.
