Is the help output for "changes" really the right place for this sort of
thing? It could be handy to have the info in the program, but this
format is used many places, not just in "changes", and in addition I
presume that most people look at -H output to get quick option help.
How about just adding a new command like "tla help-changesets" or
something, which outputs exactly that info...? The "tla changes" help
output can then say something like "For a description of the changeset
summary output, use the command `tla help-changesets'" (and other
commands might say the same thing).
