Thanks for explaining that.  Maybe this is a place where arch can be
more friendly/powerful than bk.

I suppose the problem with showing heavily merged changesets as text
is that you might have a lot of "add" patches for patchlog entries,
which will look a bit noisy to a human reviewer.

The export format would also need to allow for binary files.
