[Gnu-arch-users] tla add already added

Hello All,

I recall it was said time ago, that adding already added file is
correct. However, it's not. This is a problem when I pass more that one
filename -- when one fails, the rest are not added.

Should this be changed so that already added files are silently ignored?

Actualy move and delete should probably ignore files without explicit
tags too.
