I'm a little bit confused, because I've check the folders inside my Nokia
manually:
"Eingang" -> 6 items
"Gesendete Obj." -> 1 item
"Vorlagen" -> 21 items
"Ausgang" -> 0 items ("SMS Outbox, sent items"?)
I don't found a folder with 22 items :-/

I'm sorry, but the patch doesn't fit.
address@hidden:~/Projekte.cvs/gnokii.git$ grep _OUS common/phones/nk6510.c
include/phones/nk6510.h
common/phones/nk6510.c: { GN_MT_OUS, "C:\\predefmessages\\2\\" },
common/phones/nk6510.c: case GN_MT_OUS:
common/phones/nk6510.c: result = NK6510_MEMORY_OUS;
common/phones/nk6510.c: case NK6510_MEMORY_OUS:
common/phones/nk6510.c: result = GN_MT_OUS;
include/phones/nk6510.h:#define NK6510_MEMORY_OUS 0xff
address@hidden:~/Projekte.cvs/gnokii.git$ gnokii/gnokii --showsmsfolderstatus
