SMS send failed (0x65 0x26)

HI!

I have problem with sending messages with Polish letters.

When text message is like below the message is delivered properly:

SMS send OK (0x77)
Send succeeded!
Serial device: closing device

Next I'm hanging only one letter (Polish) from [Wal VW] to [Wał VW] and the
result is:
