Re: smsd dies. no errors no core dump

Hi everybody,

I've attached the log with debuging. I cut the message part as it is 
confidential info.

The mobile numbers are left as these people are happy to receive sms's 
as long as it's not from me :-)

I still don't see anything indicating why smsd dies. The only thing that 
might be an indication is :

fbusinit: error 0

Any other clues?

As mentioned I check to see if it still works using  a script that looks 
for the 4 entries of smsd in the processlist.

Sms sending fails sometimes but then it retries and things work. This 
doesn't make smsd die.

Is this retrying documented? e.g. how many times /interval.
