I have moved the P7110_SendSMS to nokia.c and renamed to PNOK_FBUS_SendSMS.
Both the nk7110.c and nk6100.c use this function. I managed to send a
plain sms with my 6110. Maybe there are some minor bugs in gnokii, but
gnokii --sendsms remotenumber --smsc smscnumber worked for me.
