CVS update - SMS changes

Hi,

I put small changes into CVS:
 - don't use RawData in sms layer. This will break AT nad fake drivers
 - make 6210 capable to send SMS. for now tested only with plain SMS.
I'm dealing with 6310 driver at the moment. Volunteers to make 6110 driver
sending needed. Bozo? It whould be easy -- probably you can use the same
function as with 6210 driver - in such case we can move this function into
common/phones/nokia.c file under NOKIA_FBUS_SendSMS() or soemthing name.
