Can you please leave off that "dictator" rhetoric once and for all? You
know perfectly well that all it does is pouring oil into the fire; and
you are doing it on purpose.

I understand that you are frustrated things don't work the way you
consider best; and perhaps you are even right (I don't have much of an
opinion on this) -- but this really isn't something worth getting worked
up about. Unlike the commit practice thing, this is not something that
really disrupts your work. And provoking Rob on purpose certainly won't
help anything.
