What's the output of 'make dumpconfig'?
Output below. The flags "-mno-cygwin -mthreads" are in the invocation to
configure.
I don't know if this is a blocking problem, but it is wrong. I just found
out that the Boost libraries that I thought I had gotten to compile without
pthreads, well, no, it's still there.
