Follow-up Comment #1, bug #36617 (project gnash): There must be some macro (macro/* or configure.ac) that strips out "/usr/lib" to avoid forcing link to system libs in precedence over local libs. The strip is obviously bogus as it also strips prefixes rather than just full "/usr/lib" strings.
