Details:
If /usr/lib32 exists on an x86-64 system, it currently prefers libs in
/usr/lib32 over /usr/lib -- even though /usr/lib is what is necessary.
All that is necessary is swapping "/usr/lib32" and "/usr/lib" in
macros/libslist.
Given that my following assumptions are right:
* cross-compiling likely involves specifying the exact directories for each
lib
* no 32-bit x86 systems have /usr/lib64 (I feel this is a sane assumption)
I can think of no behavior that would change from swapping them, aside from.
