[Gnash-commit] OpenVG postponed for a week

I decided to postpone checking in my merge of my hwaccel branch with
master for a week, as I'm going out of town tomorrow to go
mountaineering (technical rock routes on 14,000ers) for a week. One of
the things we agreed on months ago was that big checkins before going
offline is a bad idea... :-) It'll be easier to handle any problems in a
week, rather than turning them into a potential crises at the last minute.

I've fixed most of the issues I wanted to, the only remaining one is
refactoring the Style handing. Right now the Style handling is all AGG
specific. I could cut & paste this into an OpenVG version, but decided
to look for commonality between the two renderers instead to avoid code
duplication. The current Style handling in OpenVG works fine (using
hardware acceleration), but I guess I'll refactor it anyway...
