[Gchemutils-main] Gnome Chemistry Utils 0.4.1 released

Hi,

This version fixes several bugs and build issues.

Main nwes are:
- Updated gcu.pc.in.
- Fixed some build issues (thanks to Daniel Leidert).
- Fixed a critical bug in gcu::Object::AddType.
- Fixed file loading in gchem3d-viewer.

The last point needed to import some magic stuff from the chemicalmime
package for Protein Databank files (pdb extension is also used for
"Palmpilot database/document".
The chemicalmime package is a subproject of CDK and will be a
requirement for future Gnome Chemistry Utils releases as soon as it will
be mature.
