I'm trying to make my code use beta8.

The changes I made were:
        Remove FT_Set_Raster(&ft_grays_raster)
        Change usage of FT_Get_Glyph_Bitmap() to FT_Render_Glyph()

The problem is that now the face->glyph->bitmap always comes out being
empty (width/height zero). Am I doing something wrong? (I can't figure out
whether I should be making a FT_Glyph and using FT_Glyph_To_Bitmap()
instead, and the docs aren't quite up-to-date...)
