Are you sure about that? I haven't tried, but the resource fork does
have a unix style filename and everything else I've tried with that
filename works as expected.
The resource fork for /foo/bar/ing is /foo/bar/ing/rsrc. You should just
be able to mmap that (only on OS/X of course).
