[Devel] the glyph outside the em-square was cut

Hi there,

I am creating TrueType font using a font tool.
I designed some character glyphs which have 
parts outside the top (or bottom) of em-square.
These parts outside the top (or bottom) of em-square
are cut by MS-word2000 or MS-word2002.
But these parts outside the left (of right) of em-square
are not cut. 
I asked the font tool maker for the reason, but
i can't get any answer. I attached a sample 
character file whith this mail to explain the problem.

Could anyone give me some advice?
