emms-streams.el

This was using info stuff. I didn't update this.


Thanks to Lukhas and yrk for the great amount of work they put
into fixing bugs!


If no one speaks up on behalf of the tageditor or the scoring
stuff, I'll remove them from the repository.


TODO for the EMMS 2 release:
- emms-info.el documentation (forcer)
- emms-info.el encoding issue (forcer)
- emms-streams.el info update (probably Lukhas when he returns :-)
- emms-volume.el inclusion?
- some emms.el tidbits (forcer)
- update README (forcer)
- update documentation (yrk)
- update Makefile to adhere to GNU standards

Anything I'm missing?
