[emacs-wiki-discuss] anchors in lists

I've just updated to the a newer version of muse. There appears to be
a problem with anchors in lists. So

 - #one first item
 - #two second item

comes out in HTML as
<ul>
<li> #one first item
<li> #two second item
</ul>

rather than with anchors in the place. 

I remember this was a problem with earlier versions of muse, but for
more recent versions it has been fine, so this looks like a regression
bug...
