[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-publishing-markup customizations being forgotten

I have one planner-publishing-markup customization; it removes task
ids.  It always seems to work the first time I publish after starting
Emacs.  But it randomly fails on subsequent attempts to publish.  I've
tried in vain to debug it.  But emacs-wiki-publishing-markup always
seems to have the right value.  Anyone else had this problem?
