I don't like that very much. It'll always be too quick for some uses and
too slow for others. And if the user has to concentrate to "move the mouse
quickly", she may as well move the mouse around the upper window so as not
to trigger mouse-autoselect-window (which is what I do when I'm faced with
this problem).
