[emacs-pms] Welcome to this list about Emacs package managers

Hello everyone,

I have setup this mailing list so that people working on package
managers for Emacs packages have a place to discuss their projects.
This will hopefully increase collaboration between the respective
authors and encourage potential contributers to join the discussion.

Invitations have been send to the authors of all package managers I
know of. You are all encouraged to create a new thread introducing
your implementation and comment on each others implementations and to
start whatever discussions related to Emacs package managers.
