If we want to recommend to run the smoke tests at least before
committing, then 2 minutes might be long enough to let people refuse
that. That's why John has proposed a 30 seconds upper limit for the smoke
tests.
Anyway, we can introduce smoke tests and very expansive tests later as
needed. As minimum, we shall introduce and document the :expansive-test
ert tag. And I will add it to some Tramp tests and also to
file-notify-test06-many-events on master.
