Indeed. I'd be very happy to reduce the number of "Maintainer: FSF"
lines ;-)
As it stands, this number is growing for 2 reasons:
1 - the size of Emacs is increasing.
2 - maintainers don't last forever. When they defect, the package
stays, but often, no other maintainer steps forward.
