A brief glance suggests that he's not arguing against decentralized
development at all, but rather against what he calls "the pyramid model"
with a single gatekeeper at the top. They're not the same thing.
Decentralized source-control systems tend to be very flexible and can
support many development models, with varying degrees of centralization
and control.
