Actually, this was made on purpose. We chose to use the mailling list
address (but the one based at fsfeurope instead of gnu.org) in order
to keep more people in the loop when the staff of the meeting replies.

And Raphael Calvelli did a good thing in writing the call in all three
languages he knows to reach best people not fluent in English. So if
someone didn't appreciate to receive a long message in French, it's
all our fault.

I personally hope your message was welcome by everyone; if, on the
other hand, someone in this list would better not receive such
messages I volunteer to act as a filter for address@hidden (before
it reaches address@hidden). Please write to me in private mail.
