Will users see mixed-language output in that case (say, French for the
strings that have been translated and English for "newer" strings)? That
doesn't look like a great option.
On the other hand, "synchronizing" all translations when a release is
near would seemingly involve major delays (and possibly dropping a
language if its speaksrs lose interest)
How does this get taken care of normally?
