[Dragora-bug] Rsync server works again

Hello,

Our (donated) rsync server is working again. To simple sight the mirror 
of the FSF is in sync (http://mirror.fsf.org/dragora/).

This was stopping to obtain the files of the version of development and 
to be able to continue in addition with the updates of the version 2.2.

Time to work on upgrades. :-)
