Upgrading from glibc-2.13 to glibc-2.19 is a big jump. Considering that 
you need to update binutils, gcc, the kernel headers -- taking special 
care.

The update of glibc is always a risk, does not support atomic upgrades. 
A valid reason to migrate to a better libc (Dragora 3): 
http://www.musl-libc.org

You need to build and update xulrunner... obviously we will try to 
provide an official update for GNU IceCat.
