Too bad google doesn't index my brain (even in which
case I'd use a tinfoil hat)  ...

You have installed pnet in /opt/install/dotgnu ... 
hmm... I will fix that for you :)

Try

bash$ cscc
-fplugin-cs-path=/opt/install/dotgnu/lib/cscc/plugin/cscc-cs
-L /opt/install/dotgnu/lib/cscc/lib/ Hello.cs

Btw, I did think that both cscc and ilrun picked
up the paths properly as in "../lib/cscc/lib" and
"../lib/cscc/plugins" for the binaries (paths based
on bin/<program_name>)

I'll recheck that in the meantime .
