[Dolibarr-dev] Dolibarr 3.3 branch has been created

Hi everubody. It's Christmas.

The branch for Dolibarr 3.3 is now open. This also launch the Beta
period of Dolibarr 3.3.

If you make test of this beta version, please fix bug into this branch
instead of development branch. All fixes included into this branche will
merge into the development branch.
