I don't think that libobjc2 is at fault here, since for example LapisPuzzle 
also doesn't startup on OpenBSD, latest gnustep core releases, 
(make/base/gui/back, but without libojbc2), compiled with gcc 4.2.1, and using 
the gcc runtime.
