Wow, thank you very much. This also needs x11/XGCairo[Glitz]Surface.*
GSBackend.m configure.ac config.h.in, no make rule to exclude
XGCairoGlitzSurface
from compilation if --disable-glitz is provided yet.

I have to appologize, I did not find time to do this code reformatting up to now and as I am away the next week will start on this the week after. If anybody else cannot wait, feel free to start yourself.

I did get rather good results with 'indent', but a lot of manual correction is still needed, as indent doesn't know much about Objective-C.
