Ah, my comment is by no means for blaming any reviewers.  If you feel so, I
apologize to you for it.  My real intention was to have everyone know the
fact in such a way that nobody is set fire by it.  But it resulted in a
reaction I didn't expect.  I should have written in a different way...

The explantion above is a supplementary instruction that should be
kept in mind for those who want to contribute their patches to GNUstep. 
I shall observe it.
