[Discuss-gnuradio] Call For Papers

Dear lists,

I would like to forward a Call for Talks to you.

On March 11/12 2017, there will be the "Chemnitzer Linux-Tage" here in
Germany. The organizers (among them also HAMs) would like to see some
SDR / GNURadio related talks. 

Talks may be 25, 50 or 75 minutes in length, but also as a 3 hour
workshop. Talks that are related may be grouped into a 3-4 hour block.
