Can you crank up the USRP gain further? An average PSD value of 10^-14 indicates there's still room for amplification, maybe. What Daughterboard are you using?
Just out of interest, because improvised a ~760MHz monopole antenna not so long ago: What kind of antenna are you using?

Sampling Rate: 10M
Center Frequency :746MHz
Gain:19
The broadcast station has these parameters
Frequency:746MHz
Code rate : 2/3
Guard interval  : 1/4
Transmission mode : 8k
I tried the vector to stream trick but doesnt works. Also I tried using
the OFDM synchronization block from gr-isdbt it also doesnt works. The
signal capture according to me is very good I have its screenshot
attached. Any other tips to get the flowgraph running? Thanks all
