Th Leadtek PxVC1100 card features a PCI-Express x1 interface, active cooling, 
it boasts a SE1000 SpursEngine chip which integrates four
Synergistic Processing Element (SPE) cores, at a currently unknown frequency 
and has 128MB of XDR memory clocked at 1.6 GHz.

Leadtek has yet to announce the card's price or release date.

This would be a nice GnuRadio coprocessor, if the specs and api's are open.
