You mean:

 * HAVE_THREADS
 * HAVE_CRYPT
 * ENABLE_CRYPT
 * ENABLE_FLOOD_PROTECTION
 * ENABLE_DEBUG

, correct?  The other ones should be standard define's, which are not
meant to be different over different application.
