Is there no way to provide functionality to run eggdoc before the
egg is wrapped? It seems really silly and error-prone to have to keep
the eggdoc-generated html in the repository. How about providing a
.wrap file (analogous to the .setup file) that would be used for
running things like eggdoc prior to wrapping?
