[Bug-xnee] X left in strange state after replay

When I replay a recorded session I am left in a strange state where letter 
keys invoke function keys, the mouse won't click on certain things, the 
window manager forgets what windows it owns, and all sorts of bizarre 
things.  The only fix is usually to kill X.

I get the same problem with matchbox and BlueCurve (?) wms.

I've noticed that if I delete the last 10 or so lines of the xnr, that I
don't have any problems.

This happens when stopping recording with Ctrl-C or a stop key.


Any ideas?


I have attached replay output and the simple xnr (just alt-tabs between 
windows and types some text in each).
