Hi!

I've uploaded some documentation for device and disk on:
http://www.nongnu.org/libpartedpp/

While writing docu I've also fixed some methods which weren't
correctly implemented.

There's still a lot of things to do. So if you have any suggestions
email me :D

I'll create a a tarball when the documentation is completed.
