libpartedpp ready for testing (pre-beta)

Hi there!

I've just killed one annoying segv in the C++ libparted wrapper.
Those who are interested in writing c++ frontends or other interested
people are free to test it.
I haven't created a tarball yet. You can download the src from CVS:

If you find any errors etc. please contact me.
I'm thinking about not implementing the exception class since C++
already has exceptions in the language itself ;)
